Theosis Higher Institute trains the minds of students to question what they believe. It inculcates the inestimable value of willingness to adopt the mind of Christ by questioning why we believe what we believe. Theosis seeks to bring its students to the rediscovery of the vision and the purpose of our existence as Christians. Students will be raised according to Pauline theology which presents grace as the revelation of the Son of God in us.
About
Theosis Higher Institute is an accredited theological institute of higher learning, founded by Dr. Shawn Smith in November 2014 with the mission to reclaim the ancient apostolic and patristic vision of the cosmic and universal Lordship of Jesus Christ.
The institute was founded out of the need for continuity, the need for Church doctrines to retrace their roots back to the first century. It has as its focus academic research and systematic theology with a neo-patristic synthesis in the particular domain of the development of Christology in the nascent age of the Church, giving a firm foundation to ministers of the gospel in defence of the Faith in a pluralistic world. Fields of study also include Sociology and Anthropology, and Psychology, for a holistic comprehension of Theology.

Mystagogy II: Christ Beyond Explanation.
When our hearts have the inquisitiveness, the longing, to know God, we are more open to mystically experience Him. The second module on “Mystagogy II: Christ Beyond Explanation” begins this April 30th, 2024 at 4 p.m. GMT+1 and ends May 4th, 2024 . We wish all the returning students, a warm welcome.
